Affirmative Action

Liberal activists love affirmative action. They justify it with fancy language about the need for a diverse workforce. But, the hard truth is affirmative action is nothing more than discrimination.

Drawing The Lines

House Speaker John Boehner prefers power to democracy…his power to your democracy. Every decade, after the census, states like Ohio go through redistricting, where the party in power decides who votes in which congressional district.

Hillary’s Good Idea

Hillary Clinton has a good idea. She believes Americans should automatically be registered to vote when they turn 18! She’s right.

Dumbest Ruling

In June, the Supreme Court made one of the dumbest rulings in its history. Buried in the news about Obamacare and Same Sex Marriage, the court upheld “Disparate Impact,” meaning if a policy impacts minorities negatively, with no intent to discriminate, it’s illegal!

Cowardly University

The hard truth is if you’re looking for an example of gutless leaders, look no further than college administrators. As “political correctness” takes over campuses, these cowards are the first to cave.

Cuba

President Obama’s decision to establish diplomatic relations with Cuba is a great accomplishment. The 50-year policy of isolating Cuba and imposing a trade embargo has been foolish and hypocritical.

Chicken & Eagles

Comparing politicians to animals usually explains their behavior. Take Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley. He’s a chicken!

Republican Primary Voters

You’d think being related to a guy who started a disastrous war– leading to the deaths of 4,000 Americans and 100,000 Iraqi civilians – wouldn’t help in an election.

Hillary 4 Corners

When late college basketball coach Dean Smith coached the University of North Carolina, he had a famous offense called “The Four Corners.” His team would hold the ball for five or ten minutes without shooting.

No Contest

Do you like watching a football game when one team leads by five touchdowns? If not, you won’t find Congressional elections very exciting.
